Purchase Policy
The following purchase policies constitute an agreement between The Virtual Savvy LLC ("Company"), and you that governs your purchase of membership in the SavvySystem Accelerator (“SavvySystem”). This policy is incorporated into The Virtual Savvy LLC’s Terms of Use. PURCHASE AND BILLING
By purchasing the SavvySystem, you will receive immediate access to the SavvySystem. You are not permitted to share your login credentials to your SavvySystem account with any third party.
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive 90 days of access to the SavvySystem.
At the time of purchase, you will elect to pay in full or through a monthly payment plan. If you elect the monthly payment plan, you agree that you will be responsible for making all payments due for the SavvySystem. You will be required to keep an active credit card on file for the duration of your payment plan.
If, at any time, your payment cannot be completed due to a change in credit card number, your access to SavvySystem will be revoked. Your access will be restored upon completion of your payment.
REFUNDS
The SavvySystem Accelerator is a digital training and coaching program that includes immediate access to the SavvySystem course, digital assets, community support, and group coaching calls. Because all program materials are delivered digitally and coaching access is granted upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be granted for any reason.
BUY NOW PAY LATER OPTIONS
When you make a purchase, we may offer the ability for you to utilize a “Buy Now Pay Later” option, such as Klarna, AfterPay, or Affirm. If it is available, you will see the options listed at checkout. These “Buy Now Pay Later Options” offer you the ability to make payments utilizing a third-party processor’s service. Typically, you will make equal installments, with the first being due at checkout. When you select the “Buy Now Pay Later” option at checkout, you will then be prompted to select the service you would like to utilize.
This processor will have separate terms and conditions related to your payment plan. Such services may also be a form of credit, and you are solely responsible for investigating whether such tools are the right choice for you.
We will consider a “Buy Now Pay Later” payment to be paid in full, but you will be responsible for making payments through the third-party processor.
Please note that the “Buy Now Pay Later” services are separate from a payment plan that is administered directly by us.
The "Buy Now Pay Later" plans have the same NO REFUND Policy as our standard payment plans have.
PROGRAM DURATION & ACCESS
Enrollment provides access to the program for one 90-day round. Participants may request access for up to two additional rounds, for a maximum of three rounds total. Continued access beyond the initial round is not guaranteed and must be approved by the Program Team. In order to guarantee continued enrollment, you must reach out to [email protected] at least 5 days prior to ending the program for approval.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Virtual Savvy is committed to providing high-quality training, resources, coaching, and community support throughout the SavvySystem Accelerator. However, your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and consistency. We do not guarantee outcomes, earnings, or specific results. You are fully responsible for your progress and the actions you take during and after the program.
LICENSE TO USE SAVVYSYSTEM
The SavvySystem was developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission from Company.
This means that you, as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased, including using it within your business. However, you may not share this content with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties.
COMMUNITY POLICY
By purchasing the SavvySystem, you will be granted bonus access to a private group (“Community Group”), where content may be contributed or uploaded. The following types of contributions will not be tolerated and will be deleted:
harassment directed toward any content creator or Company; spam; hate speech;
defamatory statements regarding Company or any third party; references to illegal acts; or,
contributions that may violate the legal rights of a third party.
Company’s sole discretion will be used to determine if a member is in violation of these policies. Any member in violation will be deleted promptly and will no longer be able to access the bonus Community Group related to the programs. No refund will be due to a member who has been removed for a violation of this policy.
CONFIDENTIALILTY
All information shared in the Community Group is deemed confidential. You are prohibited from sharing screenshots or other member information with third parties. If an individual has to be logged into the program to access the information, then it is deemed confidential.
You will not hold the Company liable in the event that information you have shared within the Community Group becomes public.
CONTRACT TEMPLATES
When you purchase SavvySystem, you will receive access to contract templates from Businessese. These templates are offered for sale through Company’s reseller license with Businessese. All contract templates are based on US law and are for informational purposes only.
You may customize and use these templates with your clients, but you may not share the template with any other third parties, except for your lawyer.
